We’re a vehicle finance broker who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We’re not a funder or a lender. We don’t provide independent financial advice but offer the service of providing information about the various finance products which are available to you to fund your vehicle from our carefully selected panel of funders. We’ll source the vehicle on your behalf which will be the subject of your finance agreement from our preferred selection of main dealers. We’ll also advise you of ancillary products which may be of interest to you from our other suppliers, including insurance to protect any potential shortfall in the event that your vehicle is declared a total loss, cover for minor repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment and loss of keys, and for business users, various fleet management tools.

We’re required by the Financial Conduct Authority to let you know about the existence of commission, which is our main source of income and enables us to run our business and provide our services to you. We have a panel of funders who will pay us a commission for introducing you to them if you decide to use our services. They allow us discretion, within set parameters to set the amount of the commission that we will receive, and this will have a direct impact on the amount that you pay. If you decide to purchase an ancillary product including insurance, we will receive commission from the product provider. We may also receive a commission from the dealer that we use to supply your vehicle. You may have the right to ask us the amount of commission that we will receive from your transaction. We make a charge for the service that we provide:
We will charge an administration fee of £199.00 including VAT (£165.83 plus VAT) for our Brokering Services when you place an order.
We will charge a cancellation fee of £600.00 including VAT (£500.00 plus VAT) to cover the work that we have undertaken from the point of your initial enquiry. If you are a regulated customer, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of order without penalty in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A cancellation received after 14 days will result in a cancellation fee. Please note that the supplying dealer of the vehicle may also levy a cancellation charge and we will notify you of this within 2 working days of your cancellation.
We will charge an administration fee of £36.00 including VAT (£30.00 plus VAT) for our services when we arrange a reschedule of your agreement. Please note that certain rules apply as to when a reschedule may take place and not all funders will reschedule an agreement. Please speak to us if this may be important to you.
We will charge an administration fee of £150.00 including VAT (£125.00 plus VAT) for arranging the extension of your agreement.
Invoices in respect of our fees are issued on our behalf by our Franchisor and are payable within 7 days. Payment may be made either online using a debit card or by direct bank transfer.
Our Customers are extremely important to us and whilst we aim to provide a trouble free and excellent level of service, we know that sometimes things go wrong.
