We are 4WheelsUK Limited trading as 4WheelsUK. 4WheelsUK Limited is a company registered in England no 12389983 whose registered office and trading address is at Unit 15B, Atlantic Business Park, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 3RF.

We are a Franchisee of the Bridle Group which is a trading division of Hanborough Enterprises Limited to whom we introduce our business under our Franchise Agreement. We are an Appointed Representative of Hanborough Enterprises Limited who is authorised and regulated for consumer credit activities and insurance distribution by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are a credit broker of vehicle finance. We are not a funder or lender.

Our Services

We’re a vehicle finance broker who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We’re not a funder or a lender. We don’t provide independent financial advice but offer the service of providing information about the various finance products which are available to you to fund your vehicle from our carefully selected panel of funders. We’ll source the vehicle on your behalf which will be the subject of your finance agreement from our preferred selection of main dealers. We’ll also advise you of ancillary products which may be of interest to you from our other suppliers, including insurance to protect any potential shortfall in the event that your vehicle is declared a total loss, cover for minor repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment and loss of keys, and for business users, various fleet management tools.

We only offer the following insurance products from a limited number of insurers AutoProtect MBI Ltd, and we may receive a commission from them:

  • SMART Insurance through AutoProtect MBI Limited
  • Alloy Wheel Insurance through AutoProtect MBI Limited
  • Key Protection Insurance through AutoProtect MBI Limited
  • Lease/Contract Hire SMART Cover through AutoProtect MBI Limited
  • Lease/Contract Hire GAP Insurance Rental Benefit through AutoProtect MBI Limited
  • Motor Insurance through Lloyd Latchford Group Limited

General Data Protection Regulation

During the process of obtaining finance for your vehicle we will need to collect personal information from you and this will be passed on to one or more third party lenders to enable them to make a credit decision. We will also need to pass personal data to vehicle, insurance and maintenance suppliers following acceptance of finance and your order and within our company Group for reporting purposes. Commission

We’re required by the Financial Conduct Authority to let you know about the existence of commission, which is our main source of income and enables us to run our business and provide our services to you. If you decide to use our services and enter into an agreement with a funder and/or with one of our ancillary product providers, we will receive a commission for introducing you to them. We may also receive a commission from the main dealers that we use to supply vehicles. You may have the right to ask us the amount of commission that we will receive from your transaction. Charges for our services

We make a charge for the service that we provide:  

New Orders

We will charge an administration fee of £199.00 including VAT (£165.83 plus VAT) for our Brokering Services when you place an order.  

Order Cancellation

We will charge a cancellation fee of £600.00 including VAT (£500.00 plus VAT) to cover the work that we have undertaken from the point of your initial enquiry. If you are a regulated customer, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of order without penalty in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A cancellation received after 14 days will result in a cancellation fee.  Please note that the supplying dealer of the vehicle may also levy a cancellation charge and we will notify you of this within 2 working days of your cancellation.  

Reschedules

We will charge an administration fee of £114.00 including VAT (£95.00 plus VAT) for our services when we arrange a reschedule of your agreement. Please note that certain rules apply as to when a reschedule may take place and not all funders will reschedule an agreement. Please speak to us if this may be important to you.  

Extensions

We will charge an administration fee of £114.00 including VAT (£95.00 plus VAT) for arranging the extension of your agreement.

Invoices in respect of our fees are issued on our behalf by our Franchisor and are payable within 7 days. Payment may be made either online using a debit card or by direct bank transfer.

Complaints

Our Customers are extremely important to us and whilst we aim to provide a trouble free and excellent level of service, we know that sometimes things go wrong. If you have cause to complain, we take any complaint very seriously and promise to deal with it promptly, effectively and in a positive manner. A complaint may be made to any member of our staff by
